RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
30 days after delivery for orders outside the EU.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Orders shipped within the EU, UK and US with DHL Express:
Please note that the freight company we use is DHL express and not DHL parcel, It is two different companies.
The return cost is 12 EUR/12 GBP/15 USD/90 DKK. Attach the return slip to the package. Arrange a pickup/drop off, you have two options:
• Leave the package at a drop off point. Please see https://mydhl.express.dhl/ to find your nearest location.
• Schedule a pickup online via https://mydhl.express.dhl/
Orders shipped within the EU with Budbee:
The return cost is 6 EURO. Please follow the instructions in the email or sms you'll receive from Budbee to book a return.
International:
Please send your return with a courier of your choice to:

Please note that de Belder Kids® is not responsible for returns, we recommend using a traceable service to make sure the package arrives safely.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
